I'm a New Customer, What Do?

Simply visit our menu and start shopping! When you’re ready to checkout, you will be asked to create an account. You’ll have to upload a picture of your government-issued ID. A separate photo of your physician’s recommendation is required for medical patients. Our maximum amount for your first order is $150.

Defective:

  • Item must be returned within 3 days from purchase to be eligible for refund or exchange

  • Must have original packaging and product

  • Refund or exchange will be brought to the customer at no additional costs

  • All refunds or exchanges will be processed and delivered within one business day of request approval.

If the requested item is out of stock, replacement item must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price. Excluding sale or promotional items.

Unopened Products

  • Item must be new and sealed.

  • Item must come with complete packaging.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, replacement item must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price. Excluding sale or promotional items.

  • We charge a $10 restocking fee for returned items. The $10 fee will be waived with a new purchase that meets the minimum delivery amount.

  • No refund or exchange is available for smoking accessories. If requested item is out of stock, replacement item must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price. Excluding sale or promotional items.

  • We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange.
